It is important to note that we do not intentionally monitor private electronic mail messages sent or received by our subscribers unless required by law, government authorities, or if there are concerns about public safety. However, we may monitor our services to ensure they are functioning properly. We may also disclose information, including subscriber details or transmissions made using our network, to comply with court orders, subpoenas, summons, discovery requests, warrants, statutes, regulations, or government requests.
